About the role

  • This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

  • The base location for this role is Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8BU 

What you'll do

  • Working with the Property team, Head of property and Property Director in delivering business plan objectives.
  • Manage the outstanding and forthcoming lease renewals and rent reviews to ensure best value for the business
  • Work with and manage our externally appointed surveyors and professional consultants  in concluding numerous legal transactions and agreements.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we maintain a good working relationship.
  • Responsibility for creating, implementing and managing the incoming property management queries received from our Maintenance Team.
  • Support the delivery of the refit programme to ensure our estate is maintained and improved in line with business plan

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • Have a Degree or Masters in Estate Management or similar
  • Have recently Qualified RICS or working towards APC
  • Are experienced in working in asset management/property management preferred but not essential.
  • Are computer Literacy
  • Have experience of Landlord and Tenant, property/asset management.
  • Have a full Clean Driving Licence
  • Are willing to travel throughout the UK
