About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week)
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU
What you'll do
The primary focus of the role will be to provide an efficient people administration service for Retail and Supply, ensuring accurate and timely administrative support. This will include:

Processing and inputting of people related data

Issuing of letters and other communication
-
Dealing with telephone and email enquires (Internal and External)

Providing accurate and timely data to payroll

Scanning and uploading documents to the people system

Opening and sorting post
-
Supporting the People Support Centre with any other ad-hoc administration processes as required
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
