We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join the Property Team at Greggs as an Estate Management Surveyor and play an important role in managing our extensive estate.

About the role

  • This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

  • The base location for this role is  Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EW

What you'll do

  • Landlord and Tenant - Take on responsibility for managing Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals both directly and via our external agent network
  • Property Management - be one of the principal contacts for any property management queries that arise. Work with colleagues across the business to solve complex property management issues as they arise
  • Refit Program - Lead on the property contribution to our ambitious refit program, reviewing leases to confirm suitability for refit and liaising with landlord's to agree licences for alterations where required.

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • Are a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Have experience working in Landlord and Tenant and/or Property Management
     
  • Have a full driving licence 
     
  • Are willing to travel throughout the UK as required by the job (once or twice a month with overnight stays possible)
  • Have a track record of forming and strengthening trusted relationships with business stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
  • Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
  • Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
  • Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
