About the role

  • Temporary for 15-18 months
  • This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role can be anywhere in the UK, although it would be ideal to be based at one of our Supply Sites 

What you'll do

This is a temporary role to support the upgrade of the current Time & Attendance System across our Supply Sites.  The primary focus will be to provide an administrative resource, supporting the current T&A Team.  This will include:

  • Setting up new starters and processing day-to-day amendments to the system which feed into our weekly payroll system.
  • Liaising with line managers across all of our manufacturing and distribution sites, as well as with payroll and recruitment to ensure accurate data synchronisation across all of our systems. 
  • Processing data accurately, timely and in line with GDPR guidelines to ensure people systems and records are kept up to date.
  • Investigating any issues or errors and provide assistance to rectify these within appropriate timescales
  • Producing scheduled and ad hoc reports as required

About you
