About the role

  • This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Innovate House 

What you'll do

  • Manage the workflow of shopfitting orders, ensuring costs are signed off and WBS raised, orders placed and any queries dealt with in a timely manner
  • Produce weekly report on order status
  • Manage relationships with the Purchasing Team / Suppliers on a daily basis ensuing any issues are dealt with and communicated
  • Liaise with SAP4 Team on any issues that arise with the system
  • Liaise with AP Team on any invoice queries
  • Attend the weekly regional meetings and provide feedback / raise items where appropriate to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Manage the Shopfitting Folder Structure ensuring folders are set up for each Shopfitting Project in a timely manner and all relevant documentation is filed correctly
  • Ensure Orders are receipted once the shop is open and confirm with Project Manager, Cost & Contracts Manager and Compliance Manager when the final 10% can be signed off
  • Working to tight and challenging deadlines aligned to the shopfitting process and ensuring target of 100% accuracy rate on all orders is achieved
  • Work with Shopfitting Programme Support Manager on monthly update calls for the team

About you

You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

  • Computer literate in SAP 4, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in leading a team

  • You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

  • Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

  • IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
