We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail Systems Team at Greggs as a UI Designer. As a UI Designer you will support the team in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our in-store colleagues.
This is an exciting chance to grow your design skills while working on real products used every day across our shops. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative product team and play a role in shaping the future of Greggs’ digital experiences.

About the role
- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
- Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for digital systems
- Create wireframes, UI layouts, components, and screen designs
- Help maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and UI consistency
- Build interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas
- Support the product and design team in understanding customer and user needs
- Help apply user-centred design principles across our digital products
- Take part in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers
- Develop your skills through feedback, collaboration, and mentoring
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have solid experience in UI design with strong attention to detail and consistency
- Communicate design decisions clearly through strong visual, verbal, and written skills
- Enjoy solving problems and translating user needs into intuitive interface solutions
- Are confident using design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Have experience collaborating with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and incorporating feedback
- Have experience with user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on insights
- Can confidently present concepts through wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Have a good understanding of designing for digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
- Are organised, curious, and proactive
- Enjoy collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Have working knowledge of Agile product development and how design fits in that process
