We’re looking for a passionate and driven colleague to join us as Warehouse Automation Supervisor — someone who can help set high standards, build strong teams, and play a key role in establishing a high‑performing, future‑ready operation.
As a Warehouse Automation Supervisor, you will initially support the project and set up phase before leading the warehouse team on shift and ensure that daily operations run safely, accurately, and efficiently.
This role will start on day shift initially but will move to a 3 shift pattern of days, backs and nights.

- A good knowledge and experience as a supervisor/team leader in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
- Involvement in project work and experience of automation or semi-automated warehouse processes would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in managing, developing and motivating teams
